About
Talia Messina is a writer, editor, speaker, and teacher with a passion for stories and a deep faith in Jesus. She holds a degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in Psychology from Gordon College and has worked in various editorial roles in publishing since 2017. Talia specializes in children and youth books for the Christian market. She especially loves helping authors hone their craft and navigate the publishing world.
My Story
Talia writes both fantasy and mystery, but she’s best known for her Christmas short stories—a personal tradition she began at age eight and has continued every year for over two decades. Her love of storytelling is rooted in a lifelong curiosity and a desire to create meaningful, memorable worlds.

She has lived in Israel, Italy, and Boston, and now calls Chicago home. When she’s not writing or editing, you’ll likely find her dancing, rock climbing, or playing a board game (Everdell and its expansions are favorites).
